The Challenge
Healthcare facilities face chronic understaffing and scheduling complexity. Hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes needed a unified system to manage shift scheduling across multiple facilities, comply with CMS regulations, and reduce dependency on expensive staffing agencies.

Built a comprehensive workforce management platform using Next.js and Node.js.
